Looks like I'm one of the lucky ones who finally received a 'refund' after receiving confirmation of return on 23/03 - not after chasing a number of times for the refund to actually go through (took about 5 weeks). However, they have failed to refund £18 of it. Regardless of it being a smaller amount, it is not their money. Absolutely no response from them to a number of emails. Pandemic cannot be an excuse for the sheer incompetence of this company. Looks like it's a common theme. Should be reported to Trading Standards - should not be allowed to operate if technically stealing peoples money. Absolute joke of a company.

Not the same company it was before lockdown!!!! Still awaiting a refund for items that we returned 6 weeks ago (before lockdown) and being told it will be a further month before I get my money back as they don’t have enough staff to process refunds because of “strict health and safety”. Quite happy to keep the warehouses open and take people’s money though, putting on yet more sales and overloading their staff with more work they can’t handle. Company looks like it is ready to go under and worried many customers will never see their money back. The amount of going back and forward via email, the refund could have been processed weeks ago had someone spent their time doing that instead. DO NOT USE AS THEY ARE SCAMMING EVERYONE AND USING CORONAVIRUS AS AN EXCUSE!!!!!! NO REASON FOR THEM TO STILL BE RUNNING AS SELLING FORMAL DRESSES NO ONE CAN WEAR IS NOT AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS!!! Do the right thing and furlough your staff!!EDIT IN REPLY TO CHICHI: Yes, you did finally approve my refund which took a further 7 days to actually come through to my account. I hope other people are put off ordering from you as your most recent reviews show the type of service you are offering. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!
